1. Who we are

Productized Media operates productizedmedia.com and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our address is Cherry Tree Court, Cross Street, Leek, Staffordshire, ST13 6BL, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] about this policy or your personal information.

This policy covers visitors, enquiries, business contacts and customers who buy products directly from us. Publisher agreements and any accompanying data-processing terms describe the responsibilities for work carried out on a publisher’s website. A third-party seller’s own privacy policy applies when you buy directly from that seller.

2. Information we collect

  • Enquiries and correspondence: your email address, blog address, estimated monthly visits, and information you send when you contact us.
  • Business and order information: contact and billing details, purchases, invoices, delivery information where relevant, payment status, refunds and customer-support messages.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, dates, referral information and security events processed to deliver and protect the website.
  • Advertising information, with your permission: cookie and device identifiers, page views, ad interactions and related activity used to measure advertising and show relevant ads.
  • Privacy choices: the choices you make through our cookie controls and information needed to handle privacy requests.

We obtain information from you, your browser, payment providers, and the publicly available blog information you ask us to review. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the enquiry form. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

3. How and why we use it

Deliver products or services, process orders and manage payments or refunds.Performance of a contract with you; legitimate interests when dealing with a business representative.

Use optional advertising technologies for remarketing and campaign measurement.Your consent, which you can withdraw through Cookie settings.

We consider the impact on your rights before relying on legitimate interests. You can object to this use. We do not use website information to make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Google, Meta and your advertising choices

If you allow advertising cookies, Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) may receive information about your visits and interactions through advertising tags and similar technologies. This helps us measure campaigns and show Productized Media ads to people who have visited our website.

That information may include your IP address, browser and device details, page addresses, cookie identifiers and advertising interactions. These providers may associate it with other information they hold, including an account you use with them. We do not send enquiry-form contents or payment-card details to advertising tags.

Optional advertising tags are blocked until you consent. Rejecting them does not prevent you from using the site or sending an enquiry. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using . Withdrawal stops future advertising collection through this site; it does not undo processing that already took place lawfully.

Read how Google uses information from partner sites and Meta’s Privacy Policy. You can also manage preferences in Google My Ad Center and your Meta account’s ad settings.

5. Cookies and similar storage

Cookies and browser storage can remember choices or identify a browser. We distinguish necessary functions from optional advertising.

  • Necessary: delivery, security, fraud prevention and remembering privacy choices. Our privacy-choice record is kept in your browser for up to 180 days when you accept advertising and up to 365 days when you reject it, after which we may ask again. Clearing browser storage removes that record.
  • Advertising: Google and Meta technologies used for campaign measurement, remarketing and personalised advertising, only with consent. Their identifiers and retention depend on the services used; see Google’s cookie information and Meta’s cookie information.

Our controls offer acceptance, rejection and a change-of-mind option. We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) by keeping optional advertising off for that browser, even if a previous choice allowed it. Other “Do Not Track” signals do not currently change our settings; optional advertising still requires consent.

Your choice applies to this browser on this website. Other devices, browsers and independently operated checkout pages have their own choices. Browser settings can also block or delete cookies. We cannot directly delete cookies stored on another company’s domain.

6. Purchases and Stripe

We may sell our own products or offers. Where Stripe processes a payment, payment details are submitted to Stripe through its payment interface. We do not store your full card number or card security code.

We may receive order and billing information, payment status, transaction references and limited payment-method details, such as the card brand and last four digits. We use this to fulfil your order, provide support, handle refunds and disputes, prevent fraud and keep required records.

Stripe processes personal information to provide payments and related services. It also acts as an independent controller for certain purposes, including fraud prevention and legal compliance. Its processing, recipients and international transfers are described in Stripe’s Privacy Policy. Payment-security technologies that are necessary for checkout are separate from optional remarketing cookies.

7. Who receives information

We share information only as needed for the purposes in this policy:

  • Service providers: Cloudflare for hosting and secure enquiry storage, and providers of email, business administration and support services.
  • Payment providers: Stripe, payment networks and relevant financial institutions when processing a purchase, refund or dispute.
  • Advertising providers: Google and Meta when you permit advertising technologies.
  • Product and delivery partners: where needed to supply a product you order, as identified in the offer or checkout information.
  • Professional advisers and authorities: where necessary for legal obligations, advice, disputes or protection against fraud.

If the business is transferred or reorganised, relevant records may be shared subject to appropriate protections and applicable notice requirements. We do not sell enquiry lists for money. Advertising disclosures may count as “sale” or “sharing” under some US privacy laws; the choices below apply to that activity.

8. International transfers

Some providers process information outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where required, transfers must be covered by an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards, such as approved standard contractual clauses and the relevant UK transfer provisions. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data.

9. How long information is kept

We keep information for the purpose for which it was collected, then only for as long as there is a justified legal or business need. For enquiries, we consider whether discussions are active, whether a relationship follows and whether a dispute remains unresolved. For orders and contracts, we also consider fulfilment, refunds, statutory record-keeping and applicable legal-claim periods. Information is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

The website’s short-lived abuse-prevention records expire within two hours. Browser privacy choices last up to 180 days for acceptance and 365 days for rejection. Payment and advertising providers may retain information under their own policies and legal obligations.

We use access controls and technical safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

10. UK and European privacy rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Email [email protected] or write to our address above. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. We respond within the applicable legal timeframe, normally one month for UK/EU requests, and explain any lawful extension or exception.

You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local supervisory authority in the EEA. You do not have to contact us first.

11. California privacy rights

Where the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, applies, California residents can request information about collection, use and disclosure; access, correction and deletion; and opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not discriminate for exercising these rights.

The categories, sources, purposes and recipients are described above. Advertising may disclose online identifiers and internet activity to Google and Meta and may qualify as sale or sharing. We do not knowingly sell or share information about anyone under 16, or use sensitive information to infer characteristics about you.

Use to switch off optional advertising in this browser. We also honour GPC. No account or identity check is required for this browser opt-out.

For other requests, email [email protected]. An authorised agent may act for you; we may verify identity and authority where permitted. Access, correction and deletion requests are generally answered within 45 days, with lawful extensions explained. Mandatory rights remain available regardless of these terms.

12. Children

This website is intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

13. Changes and contact

We update this policy when our practices or requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Where required, we provide further notice and seek fresh consent before materially changing how information is used.
